Oakleigh is conceived as a private enclave of high quality custom built homes in northwest Colleyville. It occupies one of the few remaining larger undeveloped tracts in the City and as such, there is little opportunity in the future to secure a custom home site in a planned community such as Oakleigh. The community was designed by the respected Sage Group and features meandering streets and lush landscaping in the entrance park on Bransford Road. The gates will sit discretely back from Bransford as one would expect of a private estate. Residents will enjoy coming home under the canopy of ancient native oaks and decorative street lighting. A central park will preserve a bosque of native oaks and have a meandering sidewalk and community mailboxes where you can walk the pooch and see your neighbors. Just 23 homesites are available in Oakleigh. Interested parties are encouraged to speak with one or more of the approved custom builders. Homesites are expected to be ready for building permits at the end of 2017.
