Louis brings more than 20 years’ experience to the residential home building industry, including owning his own construction company, which was tailored to the needs of remodeling and new home construction in the North Texas Area.
This big picture ownership experience coupled with years of detailed building make Louis an invaluable resource to our company and our customers. Louis holds a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in International Business from Northwood University, and is a father to three daughters and two sons.
James’ passion for real estate and development is felt immediately by his clients. James has over 8 years of experience resulting in over $100 million in luxury residential new construction sales in the greater DFW and Austin markets. James works directly with the architect and client through the entire design process to insure the home represents each family’s unique desires, reverse engineering from the budget goal. Agreeing with the late Steve Jobs, James believes that great things in business are never done by one person, rather by a team of people. Whether he’s working with a prospective buyer, Realtor/broker, vendor partner, or investor, James values the relationship that naturally develops into a lifelong friendship.
James holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas, and lives in Roanoke with his two pups Banks and Penny.
As Purchasing Director, Theresa works with the PentaVia team to acquire quotes and contract with our vendor partners on each project. She brings over 20 years of ownership and hands on experience in Business Management and Accounting. With a concentration in Commercial/Residential Construction, Development and Property Management, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Purchasing Director. Her love of this position is driven by her desire to jump into the midst of any project, find a solution, oversee the work, and drive it to completion.
Theresa is a proud alumna of Texas Tech University (1990) with a degree in Business, Management & Marketing. When she is away from work Theresa enjoys renovating her personal home with her husband, Joey. Family vacations with their six children and visits with her three grandsons keep her motivated to excel at PentaVia.
Christina has been a designer for 14 years, and began her career after serving in the US Air Force for 9 years. With an eye for quality, a superb sense of style, and a client-centered approach to design, Christina thrives in the home building arena. She offers a balance of creativity and forward thinking with a structured, organized, and detailed mentality enabling her to deliver focused development, follow through, and total completion to each aspect of the design.
Christina’s integrity and ability to develop client relationships based on respect, trust, and confidence has been the key to her success as a designer. Skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, timeframes, and requirements, Christina guides her clients through every phase of the design process.
Christina graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Environmental Design from The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. Christina resides in Keller, is an animal lover (specifically dogs), passionate about animal rescue, and enjoys spending quality time with her family, home renovations, crafts, and scouring antique stores and flea markets for hidden gems.
Anino oversees the accounting and financial reporting functions for PentaVia. He has been with the company since February of 2016 and started his career at Frost Bank, one of the largest banks in Texas. During his time there, his responsibilities included account management and customer service, which focused on building and fostering relationships with clients.
Anino earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Abilene Christian University, where he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics.
With over 25 years in the real estate industry, John brings a breadth of diverse experience and knowledge to the table having served in positions as Attorney/General Counsel, Realtor, Transactions Manager, and Operations Manager. John’s ability was acquired during his time in broker offices, law firms, solo practice, and construction firms – providing a comprehensive proficiency and perspective to his functions at PentaVia. In each role his servant mindset toward clients, employers, and colleagues has produced trust, appreciation, camaraderie, and most importantly – lifetime friendships. When John is not helping the team build the most gorgeous homes in DFW, he can be found pursuing his passion: His family.
Elliot has more than 20 years’ accounting experience in the construction industry. For 17 years he was the Administrative Director of a construction company based out of Puerto Rico, before relocating to Texas in 2012. Elliot holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Upon arriving in Texas, he worked as an Accountant for a company dedicated to the infrastructure and maintenance of state roads. Elliot lives in Keller with his wife and three children.
Mackenzie has always had a passion for residential construction. She graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2017 with her BA in sociology with a minor in communication. Mackenzie has had a creative eye for as long as she can remember and has taken on multiple roles in style and design before becoming the Marketing Director for PentaVia Custom Homes. Her sociology studies have carried over into her personal and professional life as she considers herself a people person and team player. She currently resides in Frisco with her husband David and fur baby, Luna.
With over eight years of keen interest in the custom home building industry, Reagan joined the PentaVia team in July of 2019 after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma Baptist University. As Executive Assistant, Reagan works directly with our team members, clients, and vendors to ensure continuous momentum throughout all fields of operations.
In September, Reagan applied for and won the 2019 BBB Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics, honoring PentaVia as one of the six winners throughout the state of Texas. This award has become one of her most proud accomplishments; strengthening her passion for the company as well as the excitement she has working for PentaVia. With over nine years of both school and competitive cheerleading, Reagan recognizes the significance of being a team player, reliability and trust, integrating these key characteristics into her daily life. Along with her love for God, family, and her two pit bulls, she enjoys spending her time playing piano, singing, and recording music.
